Refund Policy

Effective 1 September 2026 · Please read this before you buy — you will be asked to confirm you have

The short version

Our products are digital files delivered instantly. Once you have downloaded one, it cannot be returned, so all sales are final after download. If something is genuinely wrong with the file, we will fix it or refund you. We would rather do that than keep money from someone we have not helped.

1. When we will refund you

• The file will not open, or is corrupted, and we cannot fix it for you.
• You received the wrong product.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You paid but never received access, and we cannot get the file to you.

Tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will put it right.

2. When we will not refund you

• You changed your mind after downloading.
• You bought the wrong product by mistake, having read the description.
• The product works but is not what you hoped — every product page describes what is included and states plainly what the product does not do. Please read both before buying.
• You do not have, or do not want to use, the software the product requires (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, or an AI assistant account where a product needs one). Requirements are stated on every product page.
• You lost your copy. Email us instead — we will re-issue your download free of charge, for as long as we sell the product.

3. How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, or write to benchstudio.space@gmail.com with your order reference and what went wrong. We answer within one working day. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

4. Before you raise a chargeback

A charge from MAI STUDIO is us. Bench Studio is a trading name of Mai Studio, so that is the name your statement will show. Please email us first. Almost everything is a fixable problem, and a chargeback costs us a fee and costs you weeks of waiting. We have never refused a genuine fault.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law.
